Catalog description

Cram Middle East & South Asia/World Combination Maps, part number GF089, is a discontinued product from the 2007–2011 catalog. It was last listed at $249.99.

The sometimes volatile countries of the Middle East have become key players in the international scene and the Cram Middle East & South Asia/World Combination Map will facilitate discussions with your students regarding these important issues. The regional political map shows each country in bright colors and plenty of detail while the world map helps your students put the region into a global context. The accurate world map utilizes the Winkel Map Projection which provides the best balance of size shape and direction. A physical representation of the earth is provided in the form of four ortho views at the top of the map while the index at the bottom provides exact and relative locations of every country. This colorful map is printed on durable non-tear material that you can mark on while teaching to point out key features. A heavy-duty spring roller protects the map while not in use and smoothly expands when needed; the backboard keeps the map flat so everyone can see.
