A light kit featuring three 60-watt halogen downlights and three 25-watt candelabra bulb downlights is included as is a wall-mount remote with a reverse up-and-down light control feature. The remote allows you to easily control both the fan and light with a simple touch. The fan can be installed without the light kit with use of the included blank plate. For maximum versatility it features an extra-long 78-foot leadwire for high ceiling installation. Includes a lifetime warranty. UL- and C-UL-listed.
