Our new lightweight 20x80mm is probably the best buy in the Oberwerk line. Giant 80mm objectives have a serious amount of light grasp yet they weigh just 3.6 lbs! Fabulous for astronomy when used with a tripod and light enough to be hand-held for terrestrial usage such as wildlife observation and surveillance. Low-reflection broadband multicoating is used on every air-to-glass surface including prisms - an Oberwerk-exclusive feature not found on any competitor's 20x80mm. Light loss due to reflection and scattering is minimized providing the highest level of light transmission possible. New slow-focus provides precise focus control that won't drift.
