Named for the Japanese city of gourmet food and endless shopping the Osaka Low Profile Bed makes a fantastic centerpiece for your modern bedroom. The headboard features an attractive two-toned geometric square pattern with alternating wood grain. Triple-clip hooks on the headboard and footboard provide extra stability for the bed frame while reinforced side rails prevent buckling. This low-profile bed is equipped with three cross slats held in place by a leg in the center. These slats provide support for the required box spring (not included). This bed is designed to accommodate box springs and mattress sets 20 inches thick. Available in your choice of sizes.

The Osaka Low Profile Bed is made from the highest-grade laminated sapelli veneer on the latest generation of composite materials. These materials including durable wood composite are environmentally friendly as they are comprised of recycled wood fibers discarded by timber companies. These materials have a more solid surface that will never buckle or crack when exposed to fluctuating seasonal humidity levels.

Using Italian finishing technology Laurier constructs their furniture pieces with a uniform durable finish. The Osaka collection features a chestnut finish over sapelli veneer. The multi-step finishing process begins with laying wood veneer over high-grade wood composite. Then the stain is applied followed by a sealer and a varnish layer. The varnish is protected against ultra-violet rays to prevent your furniture from fading or discoloring over time.
