Ideal for those with arthritis each of these round weights features a unique Velcro safety strap that keeps them in your hands even if you have difficulty gripping. An inflatable chamber inside each Palm Bell allows you to adjust the fit perfectly to your hand making them extremely safe and easy to hold. Palm Bells are available in five color-coded weight levels.
