This charming cottage-style playhouse features Cape Cod dormers window shutters flowerboxes and a covered porch with railing. An optional loft offers additional space inside the house making more room for toys and kid-sized furniture. Once assembled this cottage will be the most sought-after playtime spot for your children and their friends.

This playhouse kit includes the pre-cut and pre-fastened parts youll need to complete assembly including the framing trusses wall panels doors and trim. Although the long-lasting Duratemp siding and trim are primed they are not painted. This means you can paint the cottage any color you desire. The Pennfield Cottage measures roughly 8 feet high and comes in four sizes.
