Features include: full length closets and handy storage drawer sturdy construction of 3/8-inch cabinet grade plywood six rooms and a 14-inch floor to ceiling height. Fancy porch posts and spindles and a wooden-shingled roof give this country home an authentic feel. Your child will love to decorate!

This dollhouse features pre-assembled windows and doors and comes complete with with step-by-step instructions for easy set-up. Door and windows do not include acrylic or trim.

Recommended supplies: hammer glues utility knife masking tape sandpaper (100 and 320 *Paint glue curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.

Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.

The overall dimensions of each dollhouse include items that protrude such as porches and roof cresting.
