Closet pole and shelf included for closets and all windows and doors are pre-assembled. Sturdy construction features 3/8 thick cabinet grade plywood four rooms and 14 inch floor to ceiling height. You'll receive step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings for easy set-up. Door and windows do not include acrylic or trim. Please note: Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy-to-cut lengths. *Paint glue curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included. The overall dimensions of each dollhouse include items that protrude such as porches and roof cresting.
