Its ultra-sensitive sensor reads subsurface waves and triggers an 85-decibel alarm if an object weighing more than 15 pounds falls into the water. Not only does the alarm sound poolside but up to 100 feet away on the included remote receiver. To prevent false alarms the alarm carefully analyzes disturbances and is not triggered by wind rain or other inappropriate reasons. For added safety it automatically resets itself within three minutes of sounding and has a low battery signal. For convenience the alarm is easy to install and has a magnetic on/off key.
