This swing stand features the strength-proven A-frame design for durable and reliable support of your 4- or 5-foot swing. Braces on the sides and in the top corners offer reinforcement of this already strong design. Heavy-duty brass hardware is included as well as assembly instructions.

Constructed of Balau wood its durable and weather-resistant. Balau is an extremely dense oil-rich tropical hardwood. From Southeast Asia Balaus strength and weather-resistance make it perfect for use in outdoor furniture. Balau is very similar to teak but is said to be denser strong and more durable. It also has a warmer deep honey hue. This wood should be cleaned and treated annually to retain the natural wood color. If left to weather on its own Balau will weather to grey patina.
