The Presto 06841 Pro Electric Skillet with Glass Cover features an attractive oval shape yet has the same size capacity as the ordinary 15-inch skillet. It's designed to roast stew grill fry and bake and can also be taken straight to the buffet table for service. The tempered glass cover makes a great presentation and keeps food warm. This unit features Presto's Control Master heat control which maintains accurate cooking temperature automatically. The skillet base is constructed of heavy cast aluminum for even heating and covered in a non-stick finish both inside and out for easy clean-up. One-year limited manufacturer's warranty included. 120 volts AC/1300 watts.
