The Presto 07035-WT Griddle - Cool Touch offers a generous 10.5 x 20.5-inch cooking surface that's great for breakfast lunch or dinner. It can even double as a handy buffet server; the attractive white Euro-style body looks great on any table. This unit features a protective cool-touch covering on the front and sides and a built-in slope and backstop ledge that help drain grease away from your food. The grease ends up in the removable drip tray which can be easily emptied - so you have less mess and healthier food. This griddle operates via Presto's Control Master heating element which maintains accurate cooking temperature automatically for perfect results. It is fully immersible once the heating element is removed and comes complete with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty. 120 volts AC/1500 watts.
