This professional two-stage sharpener precision-grinds a perfect sharpening angle then fine-hones and polishes the edge. It uses Sapphirite sharpening wheels the same ultra-hard material used in professional sharpening shops. The no-guess blade guides automatically hold the knife at the perfect sharpening angle every time. This unit features a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty. 120 volts AC/60 watts.
