Our most majestic design features 13 large well-shaped rooms unique beaded moldings and detailed banisters and landing rails for an awe-inspiring look. The pre-assembled windows and doors have been custom-designed for this particular model. This 3-story side-access Victorian model crafted from durable plywood includes expertly molded railings and porch posts moveable room dividers octagonal 2-story gazebo wraparound porch shapely steep pitched roofs and seven different detailed styles of shingles. It boasts an impressive 10-inch floor-to-ceiling height and floors measuring 0.375 inches thick. This sturdy design also utilizes 0.375-inch milled clapboard exterior walls and grooved sidewalls; these ensure easy one-step assembly guaranteed fit and durability.
This ready-to-assemble model will take approximately 40 hours to assemble and finish. Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings are included. Recommended supplies include a hammer fine-toothed saw glue utility knife masking tape sandpaper paint brushes screwdriver ruler and brads. This exquisite kit is suitable for use by collectors. As it includes small pieces it's not recommended for children under the age of 3.
