Influenced by 18th-century European artistry this handsome floor globe features antique parchment oceans and land formations in vivid varied colors that clearly denote countries regions states and other current political borders. It is encircled by a die-cast metal meridian and set in a cherry-finished hardwood stand with Queen Anne style legs. Choose from a standard raised-relief surface or a smooth surface with soft interior illumination. The illuminated style features names routes and travel dates of famous explorers and requires one bulb with 25 watts or less. For an added distinctive touch personalization is available.
