The Repertory Storage Lamp Table offers warmth and neoclassical beauty to any home's decor. This gorgeous table sits on turned legs and arrow feet and it features a beautiful design highlighted with brushed silver metal accents and hardware. It also offers extra storage and display space with two drawers and two shelves behind X-shaped metalwork accessible from the side. Use the drawers to store items you want to keep handy and the shelves are ideal for books magazines and to display favorite objects. Constructed of select alder hardwood solids and cherry and walnut burl veneers this table features Repertory finish. Dimensions: 28L x 28W x 26H inches.
About Hekman Furniture CompanyEdsko Hekman ventured from the Netherlands to Grand Rapids Mich. in 1893 hoping to find his life's work as a furniture maker. The Panic of 1893 however led him to return to his first profession as a baker and Edsko founded the Hekman Biscuit Company which later became the Keebler Company.
Edsko's enchantment with furniture crafted in the old-world traditions later blossomed in his three sons John Jelle and Henry. They fulfilled their father's dream and opened the doors of the Hekman Furniture Company in 1922. The same doors in the same location are open today.
The careful selection of ingredients the patient hands-on techniques and the exacting presentation - these are the shared passions of the baker and his furniture-making sons and they remain the hallmarks of the Hekman Furniture Company today. Now more than a century old Hekman is widely recognized as one of America's premier furniture makers.
