It has a solid wood frame with a lush finish and gold metal accents. Lovely figures at the top of the clock swing back and forth and the pendulum swings continuously. Every hour on the hour the clock plays your choice of 18 popular classic and Christmas melodies by Clarion Tone System (CTS). A demo mode shows the clock's motion volume control allows you to set the melody at a pleasing volume and a night sensor ensures that the clock remains silent at night so it won't wake up the baby - or you. This medium-size viola-shaped clock is just what you need to add a novel element to your decor. It requires two D batteries (not included).
