The classic Ridgeway Franklin Grandfather Clock features a marquee cherry finish with hardwood on the crown molding and a swan's neck pediment with a turned finial resting upon a traditional pillar designed finial seat. Wooden ornamental carvings grace each side of top front crown and the simple elegance of carved pillars runs along each side of the case. The aged dial features Arabic numerals and detailed corner artwork and historic nautical scenery graces the moon arch. A traditional swinging lyre pendulum matching mirror-polished faux weights and chains give the look of mechanical chain-driven movement but with the convenience and accuracy of a precision quartz movement.The Westminster chime movement offers a separate strike to count the hours. Adjustable volume and automatic night silence come with this clock. A one-year warranty is included with this clock.
