UV stabilizers protect the vinyl from harmful ultraviolet rays so it will not fade over time. This product comes completely fabricated with it being cut to size and with all holes pre-drilled. Assemble using the easy to understand instructions and drawings and secure with the provided screws and bolts. Twelve-inch Ground Anchor stakes for added stability are also included.
