This cooker features a titanium-coated extra-thick (5mm) non-stick inner pot with a round bottom for maximum heat distribution and optimal cooking. Multi-menu selections let you choose from white brown mixed rinse-free or sprouted brown rice plus porridge quick cooking and bread-baking settings. An LCD clock and 24-hour preset timer allow for cooking completion at a desired time while the keep-warm function kicks in when cooking is done and keeps rice warm and delicious for up to 24 hours.

This rice cooker features an easy-to-clean removable steam vent a pre-soak function a retractable cord and attractive stainless steel accents. It comes complete with a measuring cup spatula and instruction/recipe book including recipes by Chinese master Chef Martin Yan Cook.
