This piece is the perfect 2-in-1 for any room in your home or any spot on your deck. It's a great side table for magazines and drinks but also a perfect bench for the front hall or your child's room. It's made from Northern White Cedar which has the highest rating for decay and disease resistance. This type of wood also absorbs and looses moisture slowly minimizing cracking and splintering. Left untreated the wood will weather to a beautiful gray. Water-based or oil stains will delay the weathering process. It's a perfect useful addition to any seating group.

About Old Adirondack FurnitureThe Old Adirondack Furniture Company traces its beginning to Flat Rock Camp one of the Great Camps of the Adirondack Park in operation around 1880-1929. Prominent industrialists and their families would retreat to these cool northern camps to escape from the summer heat of New York City Philadelphia and Boston. A foreman at Flat Rock Camp took the opportunity in the off-season to reproduce and refine the original Adirondack chair which became the basis for a furniture operation crafting rustic wood furniture.

From this small beginning the furniture operation outgrew Flat Rock Camp and moved to the Grange Building in Willsboro then to a vacant horse nail factory in Keeseville N.

Y. Today Old Adirondack operates a modern 25000-square-foot production facility not far from that factory near its Willsboro roots. Despite the company's expansion and development Old Adirondack furniture still carries the mark of reliable American quality and authentic Adirondack style.
