Crafted from pressure-cast aluminum with patented ceramic titanium technology this pan features quick and even heat distribution and superior heat retention. It also features a patented New Tek non-stick compound for effortless use and cleaning optimum pan base thickness and high-density phenolic handles that are guaranteed not to loosen. The Scanpan Double-Burner Grill is safe to use with metal utensils. Ridges add distinctive grill marks and allow for more healthful cooking. This pan is dishwasher-safe and oven-safe up to 500 degrees and is guaranteed not to crack blister peel or warp. Ideal for glass and ceramic cooktops and gas and electric ranges. This grill measures 17W x 8.75L x 1.5H inches. The grill carries a full lifetime warranty.
