Catalog description

Sedona Grandfather Clock by Ridgeway, part number RID130, is a discontinued product from the 2007–2011 catalog. It was last listed at $1460.00.

With its elegant presence the Sedona Grandfather Clock by Ridgeway could easily become the focal point to any room. The gracefully arched bonnet features a split design which frames a turned hardwood finial and the reeded columns look stunning in the Royale Cherry finish. Behind the beautiful beveled glass door polished brass weight shells and a lyre pendulum gleam. The dial boasts a polished brass finish with the Winterhalder design embossed in the metal. The cable-driven movement plays the Westminster chimes and has an automatic night silence option.

The craftsmanship of this piece is so remarkable that it should be considered heirloom quality. Standard construction of Ridgeway clocks includes solid base construction attaching each column and turning to the solid hardwood case with both glue and screws to eliminate the possibility of separation. This quality is highlighted by the finishing process. Each well-crafted case undergoes a multi-step process which includes staining sealing sanding glazing with multiple coats of lacquer and highlighting. Every Ridgeway grandfather clock is machine sanded and then the critical parts are hand-sanded creating an exceptional piece you can proudly display in your home.
