Jacks on the front of the TV are typically inputs. Make sure the connection plugs from the rocker go into the outputs in the back of the TV.

I cant find any jacks labeled output on my TV.

Some TVs do not have outputs. Some TVs require you to switch on the outputs through an on-screen menu. Older model TVs may need a workaround solution. Consult your owners material that explains in detail how to build one.

Only one speaker seems to be working.

Make sure all connections between the output device and the chair are snug. If that doesnt correct the problem unplug the rocker and remove the two screws on the control panel and slide it out. Make sure the connecting wires are snug and then return the unit into the rocker and tighten the screws back up.
