What We Like About This Filing CabinetIf you are looking for the best in fire protection for your important documents then the Series 2500 Insulated filing cabinet is your solution. This letter-width filing cabinet comes in a variety of basic colors and features recessed drawer pulls. But much more importantly they are constructed using the latest techniques in fire insulation - assuring protection from fires over 1700 degrees. Each drawer is independantly insulated from fire protecting closed drawers if a drawer is left open.

The underwriter's laboratories (U. L.) test the product by heating it up to 1700 degrees (most fires reach 800 degrees) over the course of an hour then cooling it over several days. The interior temperature must remain at or below 125 degrees. This product meets or exceeds all tests for heat resistance.

Shipping options:Residential- Delivery to a residential address with inside delivery to a ground floor location orelevator accessible location. Includes up to 3 steps and/or elevator.

Commercial- Delivery to a business address(non residential area) includes inside delivery to a ground floor location or elevator accessible location. Includes up to 3 steps and/ or elevator.

Dock to Dock- Delivery to a business address with a shipping dock and fork lift available.
