Rebounding in an exercise that reduces your body fat firms legs thighs abdomen arms and hips increases agility improves balance stengthens muscles and it's great for your heart! The special Soft-Bounce spring absorbs up to 85% of each bounce. It can even be used indoors and out to meet your exercising preferences! The innovative folding design allows it to be carried anywhere you want to bounce! A stabilizing bar can also be purchased for this product. The Soft-Bounce Rebounder utilizes a 4.25 inch (hook to hook) barrel spring with coils that taper from the center to the outside. The center coils are approximately 1 inch in diameter and the coil near the spring hook is approximately .875 inch in diameter. The legs of this rebounder are 9 inches long. Frame and legs made of American steel. Leg tips are made of synthetic rubber. The jump mat is approximately 28.5 inches in diameter.
