There is no better way to warm up a contemporary or modern home than with the elegant Southern Enterprises Metropolitan Gel Fuel Fireplace. This chic and modern gel fuel fireplace in satin black finish provides ambiance with a metropolitan look and feel. Each curved side has three mirror-back shelves perfect for displaying all your favorite collectables. The fireplace is faced with an additional large mirror over the firebox and is topped off with a decorative trim that wraps around the gentle curves on each corner.

The Metropolitan Gel Fuel Fireplace requires no wires and makes no mess. To create a realistic fire effect this fireplace is designed to hold up to three gel fuel cans (not included) camouflaged by the included log set that flames and crackles like real wood. The clean-burning gel fuel cans emit no smoke no odor no sparks and no ash so you won't have any of the mess of a wood-burning fireplace.

The Metropolitan Gel Fuel Fireplace mantel supports up to 85 lbs.* and each can of FireGlo gel fuel produces up to 3000 BTUs of heat and burns for two to three hours. The fireplace includes the mantel metal firebox log set faux coal cinder and screen kit. Assembly required. FireGlo gel fuel is sold separately. Dimensions: 50.5W x 14.5D x 42.25H inches.*Warning: Positioning anything on top of the fireplace mantel poses a degree of risk especially in the case of electronic appliances or equipment. If you elect to display a television we recommend that it be a slip-profile flat-screen model and that it be positioned away from the front edge of the mantel where there is a degree of heat generated from the firebox. It is also recommended that any flat-screen TV be secured to the wall behind it for added safety and security.
