The Sun Ray Rocking Chair features an enduring iron construction that will provide years of comfort and beauty. A radial design in the backrest and classic scrolled accents along the arms and rockers provide a smooth relaxing element to balance the hardwearing iron material. This rocking chair goes through an extensive finishing process to ensure that you receive a product that will look great for years and years. The base coat of this chair is applied via electrophoresis. It is dipped in a tank of special Electrophoretic paint solution for about one minute while an electric current is run through it. The positively charged pain particles are drawn to the iron inside and out. The chair is removed and hung to drip dry. It is then run through an oven and baked for about 20 minutes at high temperatures. Finally it is powder coated and baked a second time. The end result is an extremely durable and weather resistant finish that will continue to look like new season after season.
