The large 5.3-quart Swiss Diamond 12.5-Inch Covered Wok is deep-sided for perfect stir-frying and Asian cooking. Two stay-cool side handles enable easy safe cooking and serving. An optional vented metal-rimmed heat-tempered glass cover prevents splatters and allows you to control the amount of steam that escapes. A removable metal rack allows you to steam fish vegetables and more.

Swiss Diamond cookware features cast iron coated with a revolutionary non-stick nano-composite using diamond crystals - up to 200000 per pan - the hardest material known to man. This nano-composite forms a virtually indestructible non-stick cooking surface and the thick six-millimeter pressure-cast aluminum pan will not warp. In addition the pan is oven-safe up to 500 degrees.
