The Swiss Diamond Five-Quart Covered Sauté Pan is a large size with tall sides to prevent splattering. It has a vented metal-rimmed heat-tempered glass cover and a cast aluminum helping handle. This pan is perfect for sautéing and frying - its five-quart capacity is the ideal size for frying chicken!

Swiss Diamond cookware features cast iron coated with a revolutionary nonstick nano-composite using diamond crystals - up to 200000 per pan - the hardest material known to man. This nano-composite forms a virtually indestructible nonstick cooking surface and the thick 6-mm pressure-cast aluminum pan will not warp. In addition the ergonomically designed handle stays cool and both the pan and handle are oven-safe up to 500° F.
