The Swiss Diamond Breakfast Pan is perfect for making omelets crepes or to use as a griddle. The unique sloping sidewall provides for easy flipping folding and serving.

Swiss Diamond cookware features cast iron coated with a revolutionary nonstick nano-composite using diamond crystals - up to 200000 per pan - the hardest material known to man. This nano-composite forms a virtually indestructible nonstick cooking surface and the thick pressure-cast aluminum pan will not warp. In addition the ergonomically designed handle stays cool and both the pan and handle are oven-safe up to 500° F.
