Choose from 1.4-quart (6-in.) 2.2-quart (7-in.) or 3.2-quart (8-in.) pans.Swiss Diamond cookware features cast iron coated with a revolutionary nonstick nano-composite using diamond crystals - up to 200000 per pan - the hardest material known to man. This nano-composite forms a virtually indestructible nonstick cooking surface and the thick 6-mm pressure-cast aluminum pan will not warp.
