A vented metal-rimmed heat-tempered glass cover prevents splatters and allows you to control the amount of steam that escapes.Swiss Diamond cookware features cast iron coated with a revolutionary nonstick nano-composite using diamond crystals - up to 200000 per pan - the hardest material known to man. This nano-composite forms a virtually indestructible nonstick cooking surface and the thick 6-mm pressure-cast aluminum pan will not warp.
