The Swiss Diamond Covered Stock Pot is a large-capacity 8.5-quart covered deep pot with two side handles. This pot is perfect for slow simmering stock soups pastas vegetables and lobsters. A vented metal-rimmed heat-tempered glass cover prevents splatters and allows you to control the amount of steam that escapes.

Swiss Diamond cookware features cast iron coated with a revolutionary nonstick nano-composite using diamond crystals - up to 200000 per pan - the hardest material known to man. This nano-composite forms a virtually indestructible nonstick cooking surface and the thick 6-mm pressure-cast aluminum pan will not warp. In addition the pan is oven-safe up to 500° F.
