The Swiss Diamond Square Grill has tall sides that prevent splattering and deep and wide ridges on the cooking surface prevent food contact from the grease and fats below allowing for healthier cooking.

Swiss Diamond cookware features cast iron coated with a revolutionary nonstick nano-composite using diamond crystals - up to 200000 per pan - the hardest material known to man. This nano-composite forms a virtually indestructible nonstick cooking surface and the thick 6-mm pressure-cast aluminum pan will not warp. In addition the ergonomically designed handle stays cool and both the pan and handle are oven-safe up to 500° F.
