The Navy and the Air Force both used the T-28A Trojan as a basic trainer. It replaced the T-6 Texan in the 1950's and saw action in Vietnam. The T-28 eventually proved to be an effective close air support weapon against enemy ground forces. When production ended in 1957 a total of 1948 of these three versions had been built Hand painted and carved from solid mahogany the T-28 adds class to your aircraft collection.
