What We Like About This Bunk BedThis loft is the perfect bed for sleep-overs or college students. Our metal Titan Futon Bunk Bed is a great way to make the most of your space. Top bunk features safety guard rails and is accessible by the matching removable ladder. Guard rails can be removed and bunk can be split into two pieces. The frame is a mocha chrome and will match any decor. Mattresses (Not Included): Use mattresses that are 74-75 inches long and 37.5 - 38.5 inches wide on top bunk. Use a full/double size futon mattress on the bottom bunk. Futon mattress not included. Mattresses should not exceed 6 inches thick including the mattress surface and foundation combined. Ensure mattress surface is at least 5 inches below upper edge of guardrails. We take your family's safety seriously. That's why all of our metal bunk beds come with metal slats which provide complete mattress support and secure the mattress within the bunk bed frame. Caution: Falling Hazard!
