The hinged lid seals tightly to lock in flavor and nutrients and control moisture. This unit has a three-element heating system that keeps rice warm for up to 12 hours after cooking is through. Cool-wall construction ensures the outside of the unit doesn't get hot and the removable basket can be converted to a food steamer for vegetables meats and more. Indicator lights make for easy use. Comes complete with a measuring cup and stir/serve spatula.
