The bamboo surface has been hand-crafted from thin strips of bamboo lacquered together to create a smooth surface resistant to nicks scratches and moisture. Bamboo is a self-renewing environmentally sound material that is harder than maple and ideal for sanitary kitchen work. This board wipes clean easily with a soft cloth. Available in two sizes.
