This table top model provides 11000 BTUs of heat and operates using a propane grill cylinder requiring no electricity at all so you will never have to worry about extension cords. Because your family's safety is your number one concern this patio heater features a safety switch that immediately shuts the unit off if it is tilted. The Vance Tabletop Patio Heater has a 2-year warranty and is easily assembled with basic household tools. Please note that propane has a tendency to crystallize in weather below 40 degrees. Your heater may be used in this weather but it may not get as hot or run as efficiently. No harm will be done to your heater if used in weather below 40 degrees.This heater uses either a 1-pound or 20-pound propane tank. Extension tubing is included for use with a 20-pound tank.
