Traditional in style this unfurnished 3-story house features an open-back design on a 1-inch scale. It has been crafted from durable 0.375-inch birch hardwood and cabinet-grade plywood. Clapboard siding is pre-milled directly into the exterior walls and the doors windows and trim are lightly attached and conveniently removable for painting or wallpapering. This exquisite dollhouse features seven rooms windows doors stairs railings posts and trim. Roof shingles are not included. This kit is suitable for use by collectors; as it includes small pieces it's not recommended for children.
