The Weston/Baxter Grandfather Clock is finished in a luxiourious Glen Arbor cherry on maple hardwood solids and cherry veneers. This beauty is topped with a split pediment crown and fully turned finial and carved wooden accents. The triple chime plays three classic chimes the St. Michaels Whittington and Westminster. The full-sized dial is acid etched with a brass center design corner spandrels and Arabic numerals which are surrounded by heavy cast frames. The functioning moon dial shows the lunar phases of each month. The silver finish remote second hand and chapter ring grace the front of the dial. Chimes may be turned off in the evening with the selectable night silence feature. The dial is framed by .75 inch solid wood. Another special feature is the polished brass weight shells with beaded cap for Rememberance Rings perfect for remembering all of your special occasions. The 270 mm lyre pendlum with accent design provides both detail and delight. The pendulum door is accented with beveled glass and intricately detailed wooden hand carvings. Reeded pilasters rest upon the shaped base. Door locks for security and includes a removable key. This clock comes with a two year warrenty and is available in Weston cable-driven movement .
