The WhisperLite II Low Bed offers the same great features as the other Whisperlite II beds but with a low height of only 9.5 inches making injuries from falling out of bed are virtually eliminated. The revolutionary DC motor provides the best in quiet smooth operation and comes pre-installed on the foot section for easy set-up and disassembly. A welded motor guard protects the motor and universal joint from damage during shipment delivery and moving of the bed. Bed ends will work with any full electric WhisperLite frame. Included is an Extra Firm Foam Mattress which has a high density foam base to provide a firm supportive foundation and a soft foam top layer to enhance patient comfort. The mattress cover is soft and durable and is bacteria resistant flame retardant fluid resistant anti-fungal anti-static and non-allergenic. Also included are two half rails for additional safety. This bed has a 350 pound patient weight capacity and there is a limited two year warranty.
