What We Like About the Wireless Digital ThermometerAn excellent tool for ensuring that food and wine remains at the right temperature the Wireless Digital Thermometer makes less work for restaurant managers wineries food producers and even home owners. The main unit produces an audible and visual alarm when the temperature exceeds the pre-set minimum and maximum selections to ensure high quality food and wine. You'll want to check with your supplier for your special vintages but in general white wine should be stored at 48 - 58 degrees Fahrenheit and red wines at 57 - 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

The required batteries for this thermometer are: two AAA alkaline batteries in the main unit two AA alkaline batteries in the refrigerator unit and two AA lithium batteries in the freezer unit. (Lithium batteries will operate down to -22 degrees F. Alkaline batteries will only operate down to -4 degrees F.)
