The professional-grade World Cuisine 0.4 Quart Sauce Pan is ideally suited to melting butter heating sauces and warming liqueurs. Crafted from solid copper and lined with tin for safety this pan measures 0.125 inches thick and features an exquisite hand-hammered outer surface. The long handle is made of polished bronze and is firmly affixed to the pan with copper rivets. A decorative lid is also included. Although not dishwasher-safe a special easy-to-use paste is recommended for cleaning the outside of the pan after each use. This small sauce pan is the perfect addition to your kitchen.
