Crafted using durable and non-reactive hard-anodized aluminum this pot heats evenly and thoroughly and features an easy to clean DuPont non-stick interior. It resists dents rust and corrosion. The heavy-duty handles are made of 18/10 stainless steel with comfortable silicone rubber coverage and are riveted directly to the pot. Also included is a clear shatter-resistant tempered glass lid with a top-mounted handle making the monitoring of food a breeze. This stockput easily sustains oven temperatures of up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Hand-washing without abrasivies is recommended to preserve the non-stick surface.
