Designed for relief of overexertion strains sprains arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome. This smaller size to fits comfortably around the wrist elbow knee or ankle. Elastic bands with Velcro closures add flexibility and keep wraps securely in place.

DirectionsTo use as a heat wrap: place on clean microwave-safe plate and heat for 30 seconds. If additional warmth is desired continue heating in 15-second intervals not to exceed 1 minute total heating time per use. To use as a cold wrap: place in clean plastic bag seal closed and place in freezer overnight.
