The Calphalon LR142P Contemporary Stainless Steel 2-Quart Chef's Pan is designed for easy cooking easy cleanup and maximum performance. The gently curving sides near the bottom graciously accept a balloon whisk and the wide mouth offers more efficient evaporation than a standard sauce pan. The long handle stays cooler longer even while over heat and the glass lid lets you monitor the contents.
