11.5 Liter - 16.6 Long x 11 Wide x 7.5 High. Oval Shape. (Accommodates a 20 lb. turkey small ham or large roast). 18/10 Stainless steel polished interior and exterior. Tri-Ply (encapsulated) construction top and bottom with 5 mm aluminum insert to provide better heat transfer and no hot spots. Volume: Bottom holds 10 quarts and can be used as a saute pan or stock pot. Top holds 4 quarts and can be used as a saute pan open casserole or serving tray. Includes rack. Specially designed to hang on the edge of the Multi Roaster for draining or cooling purposes. Also includes a poaching plate which sits on top of the rack for easy poaching.
