The Swiss Diamond Covered Roaster has a capacity of 5.3 quarts and is ideal for casseroles meat dishes and all types of deep baking. And flip over the heat-tempered lid for use as a serving dish. Swiss Diamond cookware features revolutionary nonstick nano-composite using diamond crystals - up to 200000 per pan - the hardest material known to man. This nano-composite forms a virtually indestructible nonstick cooking surface. In addition the thick 6-mm pressure-cast aluminum pan will not warp and is oven-safe up to 500° F.
