The precut unpainted pre-primed ready-to-assemble kit makes it easy to build this special place for your kids. Assembly time will take two adults approximately 4-8 hours depending on the size of the playhouse and skill level. With the exception of the roof the kit comes with alphabetized panels which are easily assembled in alphabetical order. All you need to do is fasten the panels with screws. All trim and siding is pre-primed and ready to paint. Comes with a chimney and floor kit. In addition to the included hardware (screws latches handles and nails) your playhouse kit comes with a link to an online printable manual to guide you step by step.

This playhouse is available in two sizes. It can be ordered with a loft; with a deck and rails; or with a loft deck and rails.
